Basic Single Will – from £330.00 including VAT
Basic Mirror Wills – from £492.00 including VAT
Please note that we are unable to provide exact quotes until we discuss your requirements. Once we have provided a fixed fee those fees will not increase.
Lasting Power of Attorney (either Financial or Health) – from £395.00 plus VAT.
Two Lasting Powers of Attorney taken out together– £100.00 discount.
Settlement Agreements (payable by your employer)
£500.00 - £750.00 + VAT
Employment Law
Simple case: £5,500.00 – £8,500.00 (plus VAT) – eg straightforward unfair dismissal
Medium complexity case: £8,501.00 – £12,000.00 (plus VAT) – discrimination (hearings can run between 3 – 5 days)
High complexity case: £12,500.00 – £22,500.00 (plus VAT) – eg involving large number of witnesses/documents/cases where disability is not accepted by the Respondent/ allegations of discrimination which are linked to the dismissal.
There will be an additional charge for attending a Tribunal Hearing of £1250.00 per day (plus VAT).
We will instruct Counsel to represent you at all hearings – including preliminary hearings. Counsel’s fees are estimated at between £1,000.00 to £1,750.00 per day plus VAT (depending on the experience of the advocate) for attending a Tribunal Hearing (including preparation).
Whilst we do not offer No Win No Fee in employment cases, we can claim our fees under a pre-existing legal expense insurance policy
No Win no Fee cases (personal injury and medical or professional negligence)
We deduct up to 25% of your compensation for our fees if your personal injury, medical negligence or professional negligence claim is successful.
Criminal Injuries Compensation Claims
We deduct 25% of your compensation if your claim is successful. This includes VAT.
Privately paying clients
Our hourly rates are £325.00 + VAT per hour. The total costs will depend on the individual circumstances of each case, but we will provide you with as much information on costs as we can.
