New Online Will Drafting Service

The latest government advice to delay the spread of Covid-19 includes restrictions on all non-essential travel and social gatherings. 

 

We ourselves have been taking steps to protect the health and well-being of our employees and our clients by introducing a package of measures, including suspending all face-to-face meetings until further notice. 

 

These measures will enable us to continue to provide an uninterrupted service to all of our clients. 

 

However, like everyone else we are concerned to protect the more vulnerable members of society, such as elderly clients who have been advised to self-isolate. 

 

We have therefore introduced an on-line Will writing service.  This entails us discussing our client’s requirements by telephone and emailing or posting out draft Wills for approval.  Once approved the Will is sent out by post.  There is therefore no longer any need for our clients to leave their home to have their Will drafted. 

 

Our prices for basic Wills start from £175.00 for a single Will and £245.00 for mirror Wills (including VAT).   For more complex Wills where a Trust may be required we will provide a fixed quote.

Call us on 01925 937070 for a discussion about your requirements or request a call-back at a time to suit you 

 

If you wish to go ahead after discussing your requirements we will take payment for your Will over the telephone. We will prepare a draft Will for your approval and send it to you by email or by post.  You can change your Will if any amendments are necessary at this stage. Once you are happy with your Will we will post your Will to you and guide you through the process of signing it. 

 

We will provide you with a prepaid envelope to return your signed Will to us for free storage. We will then send you a copy of your Will.  Alternatively if you wish you can keep the signed Will yourself.
