Personal Service
There is no substitute for experience and personal service. You deserve the best result when bringing a claim and the knowledge that your case will be in safe hands.
Your claim will be personally handled by Diane Massey so you can rest assured of continuity and that your case will not be passed around between different fee earners.
When you speak to us your call will not answered by a call centre or picked up by a 'first responder.'
You will be able to speak directly to the solicitor who will be handling your claim.
Convenience
Many of our clients live outside the Cheshire area so find our online service very convenient. We regularly correspond by email and telephone and are happy to arrange consultations using Zoom. We recognise that it is not always possible due to your work or family commitments to speak to us during office hours, therefore we can arrange telephone consultations outside of office hours by request.
For our local clients we are based in Warrington town centre, close to the library. There is free parking for up to 1 hour outside our office and nearby and plenty of pay and display parking is available locally.
