Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, we will provide you with a fixed costs quote before we start work. This means that costs will not increase even if there is addtional work needed.  
 
Settlement Agreements we provide the required statutory advice to ensure a settlement agreement is legally binding. We invoice your employer direct meaning that the service is free for you.  
 
We offer no win no fee in medical negligence and injury claims, but unfortunately we are unable to offer no win no fee in employment cases. If you have been unfairly dismissed or discriminated against and you need free advice you should contact ACAS as soon as possible. More on fees.

Client Care and Complaints Procedure  

We are committed to providing a high quality legal service to our clients but if you become unhappy with the service we provide for then please inform us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the problem for you. You can obtain a copy of our complaints procedure by emailing info@dsmlegal.co.uk. 
If we are unable to resolve your complaint then you can have the complaint independently look at by the Legal Ombudsman. The Legal Ombudsman investigates complaints about service issues with lawyers. 
The Legal Ombudsman expects complaints to be made to them within one year of the date of the act or omission about which you are concerned or within one year of you realising there was a concern. You must also refer your concerns to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of our final response to you.
